Welcome to Saint Casimir Catholic Church & School
Detroit, Michigan
The Parish in the 1950's
This site will always be a work in progress. Saint Casimir was once the largest Polish parish west of Woodward in the City of Detroit. It was established in 1882 and grew quickly. This growth required several building projects and land expansion. The parish closed in 1989 after serving the community for over 100 years. This site contains Jubilee books and all the known yearbooks that were published. Make sure to find the link and visit St. Mary of Perpetual Help (St. Casimir's twin church) that is still standing in Chicago.
